Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work in our client's Ambient Warehouse at their busy distribution centre, in Tamworth B77 5PR.

This is a full-time role, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis. The hours of work available are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm
- 10pm to 6am
with a 30 min paid break.

The rate of pay is:
- 6am to 2pm - £12.42 per hour
- 2pm to 10pm - £13.20 per hour
- 10pm to 6am - £13.72 per hour
Overtime is available at this site paid at time and a half.

A weekend bonus of £1 for Saturday and Sunday!

Due to the location, your own transport is essential.

Successful applicants will need to pass a drug and alcohol test prior to starting work.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative you will be trained to operate a LLOP and may be required to complete the following tasks on a regular basis:

- Driving Pedestrian Pallet Truck/LLOP
- Use voice-picking equipment
- Preparing orders to be sent out to stores
- General manual handling and warehouse tasks as required

Warehouse Operatives are punctual, reliable, and keen to develop within their role.

A Basic level understanding of English is required to comply with Health & Safety protocols.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
